STI Plus (Module 2) (RUO)

The A2K Scientific STI Plus Combo Kit is a multiplex real‐time PCR solution that contains the assay and master mix needed for the simultaneous detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma hominis, HSV1/HSV2, and Haemophilus ducreyi in extracted human samples. Human ribonuclease P (RNase P) is included as endogenous sample collection control. This kit can be used as a stand-alone test or combine it with STI Core for an expanded menu. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Panel Composition

The STI Plus panel expands coverage to additional STI-associated organisms and can be run stand-alone or combined with STI Core for a broader menu.
